I have decided to start working out because its good for the brain, but also I want to have big muscles and do sports because Hitler said that strength and sports are good.
Here are 7 simple goals I have set:
1. Gain weight by eating lots of calories
2. Eat lots of protein
3. Drink 666 milliliters of water every hour.
Drink water before sleep and after waking up
4. Limit training to 60 push ups against wall per day.
5. Only do little training per day. No more than 10 minutes per day, but train every day.
6. Dont train in morning. Wait for 8 hours after you wake up before starting training.
7. Dont do 60 push ups against wall all at once but wait for 8 hours after you wake up to do 30 , then do 30 before sleep.
