I have decided to start working out because its good for the brain, but also I want to have big muscles and do sports because Hitler said that strength and sports are good.

Here are 7 simple goals I have set:

1. Gain weight by eating lots of calories

2. Eat lots of protein

3. Drink 666 milliliters of water every hour.
Drink water before sleep and after waking up

4. Limit training to 60 push ups against wall per day.

5. Only do little training per day. No more than 10 minutes per day, but train every day.

6. Dont train in morning. Wait for 8 hours after you wake up before starting training.


7. Dont do 60 push ups against wall all at once but wait for 8 hours after you wake up to do 30 , then do 30 before sleep.

They were made to turn me into a stronger and smarter person. Now I am just 120 IQ, which isnt enough if my goal is to conquer the world.

They were made to turn me into a stronger and smarter person. Now I am just 120 IQ, which isnt enough if my goal is to conquer the world.

Despite what bodybuilidng freaksters who die before 40 say, too much protein is still bad for you.

Drink 666 milliliters of water every hour.
I cant think of anything more overrated than water. I know people who only drink water and I cant imagine that life. Have Milk and fruit juice and plenty of coffee too and throw in some occasional soda. Overhydration is about to be the new health concern and the bottled water revolution has had some intense consequences.

Only do little training per day. No more than 10 minutes per day, but train every day.
I agree. That is the way to do it.

I cant think of anything more overrated than water.
I drink over 6 liters of water a day. I just never drink more than 900 milliliters (0.9 liter) in one hour. I dont think its overrated. Scientifically, your body can process 1 liter of water every hour, so I drink about 600 milliliters every hour. Its what gave me more energy and motivation. I do agree that many people drink water incorrectly, but I dont see negative consequences from what I am doing. I mean, if it was bad, something would happen by now. But the only thing that has happened is improved mood, more energy and time going faster because I have goal I do every hour.

I do drink plenty of coffee. I dont stick to just water.

I agree. That is the way to do it.
I made it simple for myself. I know some people train for an hour every day, but I think thats too much for a beginner like me. Plus, 10 minutes is easy, especially when divided on 5 minutes two times a day. This was made so I dont give up.

I made it simple for myself. I know some people train for an hour every day, but I think thats too much for a beginner like me. Plus, 10 minutes is easy, especially when divided on 5 minutes two times a day. This was made so I dont give up.
How about dividing the 10 minute workout to 1 minute workout or 10 workouts a day?  That would make it appear like a full day workout. Yet easy to handle each minute.

I dont believe everything, but I have believed this time and my muscles have started showing. They are small, but sure better than five days ago.


So, just explain how one pushes up against a wall.
I cant do real push ups because my wrists hurt. So instead of 20 real push ups, I do 60 push ups against wall.

Its just like real push ups, but with less weight being pushed.

Simply, you push wall instead of pushing floor.

Too much training wastes energy. Then you need to eat more to prevent losing weight.
