Responding to a general assesment with an anecdote is not a fact check
POTUS, right before the election, calling the entire opposing base garbage...

an "anecdote"

Well with your definition of "anecdote" I may now understand why you said the election integrity thread was full of them.

Harris was pro ceasefire pretty soon after Israel retaliated. A ceasefire would benefit Israel’s enemies but not Israel. But no way would she go so far as to honor the goals of the BDS movement. Biden/Harris have tried to keep a foot in both sides of that war (i.e. speaking out of both sides of their mouths). That just succeeds in pissing everyone off. That means she… sort of supports, doesn’t decidedly oppose a stance which you believe to be stupid.

Biden/Harris altered Title 9 to address people by gender identity instead of biological sex. That means she supports a stance which you believe to be stupid.

Harris assisted in bailing out people arrested during the BLM protests/riots, made an advertisement endorsing racial equity (as opposed to equality), basically accused Biden in 2020 of being racist in a certain legislative decision, and announced that fraudster Smollette was a victim of a “modern day lynching.” That means she supports a stance which you believe to be stupid.

You do realize Kamala has been posting drunk videos on X today.
Quote of the day: “Was she a DEI hire or a DUI hire?”

During President Joe Biden's first two years in office, congressional Democrats supported his policy positions an average of 98% of the time in the Senate and 100% in the House. Senate Republicans opposed him about 94% of the time, while House Republicans opposed his positions at a similar rate of 97%. These figures come from FiveThirtyEight's analysis of congressional voting records.

This data illustrates strong party-line voting during Biden's presidency, with Democratic lawmakers largely unified in support of his agenda. Notable exceptions, such as Senator Joe Manchin and Senator Kyrsten Sinema, often drew attention for challenging specific parts of Biden's policies, especially around the filibuster or spending, but they still aligned with Biden's overall positions in most votes.

100% of the time voting with biden still looks like more of a hivemind than 90%

My guess would be to double down on insulting  and condescend the stupid voters.

I like how moderate leftists like Cenk and Anna are feeling comfortable enough to call out the radical Destiny wing.

Something people were afraid to say, but always knew, was that race grifters took far too much control of the party and got insanely rich off of it while the country declined. They essentially used the race card to extort all sorts of money from frightened people. Kamala was the blatant 2024 exposition of the grift paying millions of dollars to billionaire celebrities for the establishment social grift while her minimum wage campaign staffers had to set up go-fund-me pages to keep from being homeless. Her insincere public drunken apologies clearly do not work on the public anymore.

My guess will also be that they will double down on all of that too. The Democrat party and those who vote Democrat are what they are and will never change but only double down on the status quo of their politics and political strategies. Any voter that doesn't vote Democrat is a dumb fuck moron. Why would that strategy and belief ever change?

Actually, correction. It's not even an anecdote. It's completely irrelevant to what we were talking about.

The comment I made was about how when the left attacks the right, almost always those attacks are against things Trump has done and said himself, if not it's about what those in actual power in the party have done, which contrasts with the attacks on the left which overwhelmingly are about cultural issues which have very little to do with the Democratic party or it's nominee.

The example you gave isn't even about that, it was of Biden attacking Trump's supporters which has even less to do with political substance than the silly cultural war issues.

My point is to counter your assessment here:

In other words her positions on [insert niche issues here] weren't clear and certainly weren't priorities she felt the need to address, but because someone on the left did or said something crazy it made sense for people to saddle her with it and then vote against her for it
I take this to mean: “Because Harris had unclear positions on certain issues, voters held her responsible for what other people on the left had to say on those issues.”

She spent over a billion dollars, and a lot of that went to shell companies (like Oprah's HARPO company) precisely so she could say "oh they were not paid a dime" despite the fact that a million dollars to Oprah would have been nothing to sponsor the interview. Either Oprah is a woman mainly motivated by greed despite her fondness for Kamala, or she simply never liked Harris to begin with to justify spending what would have amounted to scraps on her behalf. A good 15% of the publicly available data is classified as "event production expenditures" of which Kamala had a great many events with celebrities. (edit, I had AI count them for me, 23.9%)

Yes, she shared a Miller High Life in late-night TV chat and discussed Trump, Gaza and Vladimir Putin.

I fear she won’t simply go away. Sarah Palin stuck around too long after defeat, you know. Dan Quayle had the good sense and class to walk away quietly…

Like abortion. Trump said he would veto a ban, yet for some reason the entire DNC thought that was the winning issue.

It's almost like they tried to cram an issue they thought they could win on down the throats of the public regardless of what the candidates were saying or doing.

My point is to counter your assessment here:
But you didn't. You and me for some positions I disagreed with the left on, then pulled up examples of things Kamala/Joe did/said. That doesn't counter anything unless you thought my position was that I agreed with them on everything.

I take this to mean: “Because Harris had unclear positions on certain issues, voters held her responsible for what other people on the left had to say on those issues.”
Yes, that was exactly my point, but it went further than that. Not only did they hold her responsible, but they pretended these issues were central to her campaign and therefore representative of what her priorities would have been as president. That's where it gets ridiculous.

Keyword... Almost.

So congrats I guess on the pointless gotcha attempt, was a great effort (not really).

It's almost like they tried to cram an issue they thought they could win on down the throats of the public regardless of what the candidates were saying or doing.
Right right right, so your position is that Trump means everything he says and therefore everything he says should be taken seriously... Right?

Biden was just exercising his presidential pardon powers before leaving office. Why would he leave out his son?

Well he said he would leave his son out:
