I don't actually believe that will happen, the deep state agents in congress won't let it; but it is encouraging that radical suggestions are being normalized.
Anyone can tell I have a very dim view of government but that suggestion and the kind of people Trump has implied he would rely upon are simply too good to be believed.
Elon Musk, a man who whatever his faults, starts projects others are afraid to and makes them work where others fail even when they're following his path. It is extremely unlikely that he is a bad engineer or physicist, at least compared to the rabble who occupy the government offices now. He's read Rand and in many ways he's as close to a Atlas Shrugged hero as the real world is ever going to get.
Sure he started off trying to solve a non-existent problem of carbon dioxide, but he was smart enough to realize that the people pushing that hoax don't actually want it to be solved in a way that let's humanity stay prosperous and free. AND he was honest enough to point that out.
RFK is saying a lot of things that I had previously associated with psuedoscientific fads, but now after we've seen the covid madness I've got more trust in the people he would tap to research than the people in a three letter federal agency. His open desire to hobble the CIA, FBI, and end the empire of secrecy that probably accounts for the majority of the deep state's institutional power is of utmost importance.
Tulsi Gabbard has been a martyr for honesty and her provocative new idea of "not bombing everyone but pretending nothing is happening" definitely something that needs to be mainstreamed.
Although not offered and official position his support for people like Vivek and Kari Lake makes me hopeful that he's learned how to identify the squawking of deep state plants vs real outsiders.
I can only hope that these people pave the way for ever more radical characters. Potentially culminating in a government so wise and honest that it actually follows the constitution and the average liberty recovers to 1890s levels and even improves.
