that's both correct and terrifying, you can retrospectively rig things against people or in their favour it would appear probably you can force-edit the apparent RFD as if someone else wrote it.

Well, truth is, there is no interface for that so I had to go to the database level and do it manually. Obviously mods will not be able to do it but I will add a way to edit the votes after 5-10 mins since they were created so there will not be need for that.
