Villainous Villains DP1

Welcome to Villainous Villains mafia! For this game, most players chose their own characters, except for a couple instances where a character wasn't chosen, I just made one for them. In this game, there is no theme split. 

Typical mafia rules apply to this game. The main one is that you are not allowed to copy and paste anything from your role pm. If you are being pressured to claim, please try to paraphrase your role pm or sue Chat GPT to paraphrase it for you so there is no issues with "mod confirmation" as this happened in my last game. That is the only reason I clarify it in this game.

If you have any questions about mechanics or your role, please ask them in your role PM. I will not publicly answer questions as it causes to much mod confirmation. Also I won't answer questions that apply to hypothetical roles. If it doesn't have to do with your role or the mechanics of a flipped role, don't expect an answer. 

Day phases will be 72 hours, night phases 24 hours. I am starting this one a few hours early, so I will give it a 4 hour extension as I imagine most people should be awake by then.

New mafia game! Let's a-go! 

In UPick Mafia, we started by having everyone reveal their chosen characters. Should we do the same here? 

I'm pretty sure Cerulean comes from Mafia Universe, so presumably a decent amount. 

No. There’s no theme split so there’s no point. All that would do is help the scum team guess who has the strongest power roles.

Have you considered getting the crayon removed from your brain? For starters, it’ll protect you from zombie marines.

Marine is always capitalized.

For example it would be Marine mammals not marine mammals

I might as well ask in return- how do games here typically go? Should I expect an intense, fast-paced end of day? An eventual settling on a single massive vote wagon? Heavily mech-focused gameplay?

Jokes aside, it’ll probably pick up as the day goes on, and DP1 we have a lot of craziness as we all try to figure out what is going on.

Last game DP1 started off kinda slow, then picked up really quickly. We then had theories floating around but couldn’t connect the dots, and we were way too slow to try and settle on something. So we ended up panicking and getting a chaotic last minute wagon that ended in a mislynch with five minutes remaining. 

Oh and yeah because a lot of our games tend to be role madness, mechanical analysis plays a bigger role than in MU (I think). But don’t count out behavioral analysis; it’s still far more important. Duh

Games here are typically pretty chill in terms of volume. The first few phases will generally run right up to the deadline, so it's not uncommon for a last minute flash wagon to form, but it's usually on a consensus suspect. There is a heavy focus on mech. Also, welcome!

Anybody want to claim their characters so we can get some movement?

Alright, I'd at least like to see SOME movement here. Since the sign-up page said we could choose a real or fictional villain, I say we all state whether our character is real or fictional. I'll start: my villain is fictional.

I would expect most characters to be fictional. I had to look mine up (it was force assigned) and they are indeed fictional.

Mine is as well.
