So all this talk about Biden improperly demanding the Ukraine attorney general be fired before loaning money must be a ruse.

Of course Biden was acting on the policy of the Obama Administration, the U.S. State Department and the international community but even still, 

if he hadn’t been following government policy he still would be immune, logically speaking.

But MAGA MORONS aren’t into logic.

The Supreme Court says:

If Trump tells the Justice Department to “declare the election a fraud and just let the Republican Congressmen take it from there”

“that’s all perfectly legal and within the scope of a Presidential “official act””

So I guess the Biden could order Seal Team 6 to kill Trump and Biden would be immune.

“Trump’s conversations with Justice Department officials after Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory cannot be used as evidence. The majority of the court also signaled that other significant parts of the prosecution case could be tossed out.

Apparently Biden also can consult with the Justice Department and encourage them to investigate and prosecute Republicans and that would be completely within the scope of his official duties according to the Supreme Court. See below

Why?

Just because every adult breaks the law every day?

Yeah, we all already know that. I mean, its not like people are unaware that they are speeding, endangering lives, polluting, feeding kids junk food...ect.

But yeah, sometimes society falls so deep in delusion that they commit crimes every day yet think that they are all law abiding citizens.

Bush used his brother to bend the rules in Florida allowing Republican operatives to amend some absentee ballots that had missing signatures or information.

This isn't how logic works. President's are not gods, their job is to make decisions that will have the best impact on the circumstances they are faced with, they do not have the power to dictate what those circumstances will be.

Trump's job when he took office was to not fuck up the strong and growing economy Obama left him - the one you remembered so fondly before. Biden's job was to clean up the mess left by a global pandemic that Trump terribly mismanaged. To compare the job the two did by comparing the circumstances under each is absurd and I've already explained why to you in detail.
