Payroll tax? Payroll tax is insignificant for the 1 percenters. Social security is capped at 10,500. A billionaire pays a maximum $10,500 in Social Security tax. So does someone who earns 168K a year. You lie or …you don’t know what your talking about.
The Medicare tax is not capped but is 1.45%. For couples making over 250K there’s a 1% additional tax to fund Obamacare.

I was listening to a NPR show yesterday, and they asked a former American ambassador to China some good qualities China has, and he said they have a strong sense of country and they are collectively willing to delay instant gratification to help build the country up for all future Chinese.
So basically the opposite of an American person.

Well, the Chinese were always somewhat smart in their politics, but Communist China isnt really the good example of Tao, they just copied the "oh look at me, I agree with everyone" in global politics and it seems to have worked.
