The eligibility rules seem to be that any voting user must have an account, and that they only vote from one account.
I haven’t a clue as to why the first rule was necessary. Not like there’s any means available for mail in ballots.

- To be clear, this is close enough that I opted to not tip the scales during the previous round. Reviewing the debates and votes cast, he comes ahead by a fair bit in terms of consistent depth and quality. Plus when conversing with him previously, I was left with a favorable impression of someone mature enough to not let a certain troll get under his skin.

- Just to ensure my own post doesn’t win… Seriously, the HoF need not be a best of for moderation activity, nor do we need to shame someone long term for what will hopefully prove to be a short term lapses in judgement.
- Plus as I stated previously, the rap battle showcases the misc section of the HoF far better than yet another thread (or even since post from a thread).

Unless there’s opposition, I think we should just use RM’s idea. It may have been back on DDO, but it’s actually been used before to handle this type of situation.
