Which implies there are other conditions where you can infringe on the issue of voting, else why make a laundry list? The constitution does not say clearly the right to vote shall not be infringed.
This isn't a legal dispute.

Let's go to #46 where this began:
Post 46 is irrelevant to this conversation.
Whatever follows you ignoring your own statements which led to the constitution even being mentioned is irreverent. Red herring.

It's not actually Texas requesting the verification... perhaps the issue is to find voters... maybe the real issue is to figure out who is dead who is alive and who can vote; and they're not real registrations.

You want to live in a democracy again? Start thinking like a that. Start thinking like a free citizen who asks questions.

Post 46 is irrelevant to this conversation.

In addition to explaining why post 46 was irrelevant I went on to respond directly to your critique of it. If you know you're wrong you could just say so, or say nothing at all.

Here, since you didn't bother here is the entire post you missed. Again.

Let's go to #46 where this began:
Post 46 is irrelevant to this conversation. You took the position that the right to own a gun was more fundamental to being a "real American" than the right to vote. A ridiculous position in my view, but one you are entitled to hold and defend. But when challenged to defend it, offered nothing more than holding up the constitution, to which it was then pointed out that doing so is pure hypocrisy so long as you are unwilling to defend every other principal in it - which you are not.

Me pointing out that your defense of your position is hypocrisy, is irrelevant to whether my defense of voting rights is valid.

The right wing ethos is that none of this matters, which is my point. It's easy when you already have a job, a car and a license. For many people it's not easy despite the fact that we're talking about something that's supposed to be a constitutional right.

That something being voting for POTUS.

You claimed that any impedance of proof, fee, or paperwork is violating that right.
No, I didn't. I argued that any *unnecessary* impedement to voting was a *practical* violation (ergo the specific phrase I used - "practical disenfranchisement"). There will always be costs on some level associated with voting, my point from the start has always been about the balance between maximizing civic participation and minimizing fraud. Meanwhile your position which you've expressed multiple times is that the former is simply not a value and the latter is all that matters. That is where our disagreement has been.

If you ever did any research on the philosophy of postmodernism, you would know that it's a garbage philosophy that asserts that there can be both many truths and no truths. This is a purposeful distraction from the very real problem that college itself is a huge scam. Colleges allow students to believe whatever they want, as long as the money keeps flowing in. There was a time before the government corrupted colleges with financial subsidies when they operated as a beacon of truth and enlightenment, meaning that there was an objective better way to live, behave, and think as a productive member of a thriving society, and it was the duty to society for colleges to lead the way in this thinking. No longer is this the case, and the ROI on all colleges affirms the fact that they are objectively leading many citizens down the wrong path for society, leading to a slow decline to societal extinction at the altar of postmodernism. No "magic context" is required to observe this.

At some point, I will have to get Kirk's audiobook and hear his ten points describing the corruption of education in America.

Previously in this thread I talked about the range of fraudulent ballots a single person could be responsible for. In the above example a single person was responsible for 52 fraudulent ballots.

Looks like this thread is obsolete, Biden has a plan to make sure no one ever has an opportunity to steal an election again:

I get the joke....Biden admitted the election was stolen!

Clearly, Biden's dementia is getting in the way of his ability to lie as usual.

As an addendum to the "democrats denying election results for 12 minutes" here is Nancy doubling down.

BTW I am not endorsing pony tail guy's statement. We should only accept real election as elections. That means elections where russians are part of the downpour of misinformation but where every ballot is from one eligible citizen and that eligible citizen only cast one ballot are still elections. "Elections" where that cannot be proved beyond a reasonable doubt are not elections.

points:

1.) The cheater reported the broken seal, and they still "certified" the election anyway. Proving the oathbreakers don't care about the law or democracy. Can't do a recount? "oh well"

2.) I thought election officials were above suspicion?

3.) Despite attacking democracy in more objectively demonstrable way than anyone on Jan 6, a slap on the wrist probation... because "the prisons are full"

4.) This was the 2020 primary. She was an election official for the main contest. What did she do then?

A councilman broke half the election laws. 70 fraudulent ballots. All sent to his public address. He signed them all.

He was arrested, ballots taken, he left the state, they went to his house again MORE BALLOTS

4 AM on election night November 4 2020:

"Damn Claire, you have a flair for drama, delivering just the margin needed at 3:00 AM. I bet you had those votes counted at midnight, and just wanted to keep the world waiting!"

Darkest of the night on election night, but if Trump says "do an audit, recount, only need to find 11k votes" long after the count that's a conspiracy.

-------------------------------

Fulton county loses all the ballot images.... wow who saw that coming: the spooky "conspiracy theorists", in fact I am pretty sure I predicted it.

This one is pretty straight forward:

Secretary of state modifies the duties of election officials to verify that a reported vote total is complete and accurate to "rubber stamp or suffer greatly, 'deMooCracy' does not wait for the law".

Left-triber uses disinformation and identity theft to try and win an election. This is the worst of what Russia was accused of sponsoring in 2016.

"Judge ORDERS 2024 Election To Be Certified NO MATTER WHAT!"

It just doesn't get more obvious than this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FdxrM7m-OII

The purpose of a canvas is apparently to create the baseless impression of election integrity and nothing else. These are the "judges" that found claims of election fraud "without merit".

This order is unlawful and this pseudojudge is a domestic enemy of the constitution.

Learned my lesson from 2020, I'm saving everything I see no matter how much hard-drive space it takes. They love to scrub this stuff.

Were it so easy.

Next Entry:

TL;DR: North Carolina election cheaters violate federal election law requiring either driver's license or last four of social security number to register to vote. Psuedojudge tells them they don't have to follow the law because "too close to the election" or some such inane and irrelevant bullshit.

I'll also be starting a running list of the enemies of democracy that reveal themselves this 'election' cycle:

1. Richard E Myers II, Chief US district 'judge' in North Carolina. See 5.24-cv-00547-M-RJ Doc 58

Ah he's pushing the edge on youtube.

I wonder if the people at youtube have reached that eureka moment when they're like "Maybe telling people they aren't allowed to ask questions isn't the best way to maintain confidence?"

Obviously it means that people just got much better at handwriting, in fact they were practicing their signature so carefully that they almost missed the deadline and that's why a bunch of ballots showed up at 3:00 AM and left-tribe poll workers congratulated each other on doing "something" to save democracy in the darkest hours of the night.

TL;DR: People fail to check a box "I am a US citizen" and are given 3 chances to change their claim. If they don't they are removed from the voter rolls. The deep state is trying to stop this using pseudojudges. Why? They want to cheat using the names of these people, there is no other explanation.

Well summarized by Mr. Whatley:

Deleting dropbox surveillance footage while there is a pending FOIA request for it is an assault on transparency. This breach of trust is exactly what reduces confidence in our elections. We will hold Detroit accountable, as this secrecy has no place in a fair and secure Election. -RNC Chairman Michael Whatley

TL;DR: democrat operative caught on camera meddling with a drop box. Recall that inspecting election equipment AFTER the ballots were counted in Georgia was precisely that thing which the left-tribe deep-state fascists called "a conspiracy against democracy" when Trump and his lawyers did it.

Suddenly "I was just making sure it was safe" works as an excuse.

Tim Pool also does a fair job explaining why mass fraud does not require a massive conspiracy.

The investigation involves around 2,500 voter registration applications dropped off last week at two separate times, shortly before Pennsylvania's voter registration deadline.
Adams said of the applications that have been examined, 60% were fraudulent. She said the remainder should be examined by the end of Friday.
Amazing what you find when you actually follow the law and perform canvases. That's 1500 attempted fraudulent ballots.

Plug "60%" into the estimate expressions earlier in this thread. See how that goes.

Also

Funniest part about that is the "election officials" trying to reassure people "don't worry, they didn't tamper with the ballots before they were burned". Joy, I guess that means everything is fine!

I'll start keeping a running tab of the direct examples of discovered fraud (and yes burning ballots is in the same boat, it is intentional inaccuracy) and we can talk about the statistics they imply after the 2024 election.

Definite fraud:
+1500 PA
+20 AZ

Directly cast into doubt:
+All definite fraud

Indirectly cast into doubt (statistics):
Waiting for the election and some investigation

With the presidential election less than two weeks away, top Democrats warned the American people that it could be some time before we know who the winner is because it may take at least four years to count all of the ballots.

Though other, far less-developed countries have been able to count all ballots by hand in much shorter periods of time, Democrats stressed the very real likelihood that counting all the ballots in swing states would probably last until the 2028 presidential election.

"You just can't rush this type of thing," said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. "We're talking about a very complicated process of counting. It starts with 1, proceeds on to 2, then 3, and so on. These numbers get very large. When you run out of fingers and toes, it gets even more confusing. Plus, you have to account for the fact that we'll need to wait and find out how many votes we may need to come up with. I'm afraid we won't know who the winner of the presidential election is until everyone starts voting to elect the correct president."

TL;DR: Ballots were intercepted before they got to the citizen. Whether or not the citizen requested them or they were requested for the citizen is not clear yet.

The democracy hating traitor Griswold claims to be investigating, I trust that about as much as I trust the imperial government of Japan to hold the officers responsible for the Nanjing massacre accountable.

It should be noted that this is (more) direct evidence of exactly the kind of fraud I described as plausible previously in this thread.
