Of course I can, but anyone who convicts a man because of my recollection alone has violated their oath as a juror.


Why should the police or a jury believe you
They can believe me till the cows come home, but if they have no reasonable doubts they are unreasonable persons.


It is a long and well established fact that eye witness testimony is not reliable. Therefore by definition there is a reasonable doubt as to whether a witness is telling the truth and remembered correctly.

You too believe this. If you didn't then you would believe that Joe Biden is a rapist too.

I don't believe her, not because it's Trump being accused, but rather because this same thing was tried on Brett Kavanaugh.  It was a very similar situation.  Years ago, nobody else there, no record of it, not sure when it happened, changing story, NO OTHER FACTS except that she said that it happened.  And then a picture of them meeting somewhere by chance and claiming that they knew each other well.  Well enough for him to tell her to put on some lingerie.

I'm not sure who the jury was, but I would like to know their financial situation before and after the trial.  Follow the money . . .

If my wife was raped, there would be blood spilled immediately.  Not years after it happened when its convenient to do so.

I understand there will be trauma and fear of something happening to the family, but nothing was mentioned of that.   It's a an old trick form the liberal playbook. 

Besides, you don't believe all women should be believed anyways.  The name that comes to mind is Tara Reade.

There was one witness. It's not enough. Multiple witnesses reporting the same thing without prior conspiracy to tell a lie reduces the doubt considerably possibly below the level of reasonability.

What makes you say that? It’s a known fact women who have been raped can take years to come out about it. Same with the young boys molested by priests.

Not years after it happened when it’s convenient to do so.
Convenient? What was convenient about this accusation? Why did New York pass a law allowing victims of rape and sexual assault years ago to bring up their cases again? Was it because the authorities know how people are reluctant to report such cases out of shame and fear?

I recognize that a rape victim's response is not the same for all women, BUT there is too little evidence other than a word from her saying so.

Convenient? What was convenient about this accusation? 
Timing was well done.  Why not during his first run?  Because nobody thought Trump would win.  Now on his second run for president, it comes out.  She has a shocking revelation?  A sudden desire and strength to accuse a man that has been in the spotlight for years and could have done it for money only until now?

Could you think of reasons a women could take advantage of this situation?

By the way, for the record, I believe that rape happens and there are rape victims all over the world.  Anyone who rapes a woman (or man) is scum of the Earth and should be buried under the prison right after we cut off his balls and feed them to him.

We just need to make sure that the accused is truly the perpetrator, like ADOL states, otherwise any kind of justice is skewed.  AND a "it was him" 25 years later doesn't count.

Approximately, 8 out of 10 rape victims know their abuser.  So it would be her word against said accused (friend or family or co-worker etc).  This would make more sense AND I know my wife and I would know the accused.

Trump's case is not the same situation, so there needs to be undeniable evidence for this, not a "he did it" and her friend spouting "yeah. . . yeah... what she said!"
