Now, my argument:
Alan Walker is more creative and his music has more diversity than David Guetta's. Guetta's music is more 'plain' and most people don't like him as much as Alan Walker, meaning Walker has more fans and supporters than Guetta. As a fact, more of my friends know Walker than Guetta and I'm sure that is the same case with the public.
David Guetta is in a whole fucking different league to Alan Walker.
Nicki Minaj wouldn't be seen dead collabing with Alan Walker, unless he MASSIVELY ups his game socially and shit, the guy's what? 21? His peak of his career so far is making music for online games. Just 8 mins ago or so, he is posting PUGB hasthag ads, the guy is bought out, sold and whipped by not even a label but a brand that has nothing to do with music or passion for it.
He isn't famous, a game made him more famous.
David Guetta is a millionaire on levels you can't even fathom, he is like top 0.2% of famous artists in the EDM industry of this millienial era, seriously you tell me your friends think he's dull? Guess what, how do all your friends know about him? Even haters know about him; he's that indisputably famous.
Sia, Nicki Minaj, Kid Cudi, Bebe Rexha, Rihanna, Vassy and more, he's one of the most sought after collab artists in the Trance music industry and EDM overall subgenre.
He releases this in Nov 2018 and has 400M+ views
He has been around longer, I'll give you that, he's an OG to the Trance industry and not somebody to disrespect or fuck with if you want to make it int hat industry. He is not just famous, he is widely appreciated because while most can find a song of his they find 'meh', no one can find one they hate. That's his secret power.
