Perhaps a thing can be both "theft" and "for the betterment of society" ... maybe the two concepts are not exclusive.
It is not theft it is for the betterment of society itselft however useless politicians make it seem as if it stealing,if the politicians do their work fundamentally then each strata of society will benefit and would happily pay tax of their part
