By accepting the debate, you already accepted the premise "in a way that increases life expectancy".
So it is impossible to argue that masturbation doesnt increase life expectancy, because that wouldnt disprove my side of the topic.
Really, anything which reduces life expectancy is suicide, from refusing to move to avoid danger, to smoking.
There is no much difference between "smoking and dying at age 60 instead of age 70" and "killing yourself at age 60 so you dont live till 70".
Really, the difference between the two doesnt exist when it comes to life expectancy.
Suicide is defined as reducing your life expectancy, so really, reducing your life expectancy is always suicide.
