- thank you for excepting the challenge
firstly, i would like to define the motion adopt=use or follow .policies= are ideas promote =is to encourage .
- lets look at the disadvantages of urbanization .overcrowding in urban areas there are a lot of that the government can not accommodate .which leads to things like health harzards and whole lot
pollution= the government cannot accommodate majority of people .they are forced to form informal settlements they do not receive basic services like trash collection . Then i would like to highlight why people move to urban are limited access to basic resources like water 'electricity ; health care quality education and unemployment. MY POLICY states that .everyone who was born in rural areas should go back.
my burden of proof in this debate is to prove that reverse urbanization can reduce overcrowding ,ensure that resources are equally shared between rural and urban areas ,promote completely family structures , reunite families. I AM GOING TO PROMOTE REVERSE URBANIZATION IN THIS MANNER; invest in rural entrepreneurship to promote economic growth and this will also create employment. Encourage rural people not to depend in primary sectors e.g farming fishing but to also manufacture. invest in infrastructure like roads ,schools ,clinics hospital and increase the quality of education . Fixing these problems will ensure that no one opposes reverse urbanization . BARE in mind that if urbanization continues it is one of destroying our planet so lets stop while we can . I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE YOU WITH THIS QOUTE BY ANTON EDWARDS it is a slow but a sure death for her village and villagers.
