Just to keep this short and sweet. It seems we are presupposition the 13/58 statistic is real.

Pro says

Either A it is true and shows black people are violent or B it shows that black people face certain disadvantages.

This is not an either or typenof stat. It can simultaneously be true that black people are disproportionately violent and that they are discriminated against.  We can speculate whether they are violent based on the proven link between the warrior gene and violence or because of the proven link between IQ and violence, but it's all beside the point because both things can be simultaneously true. It can simultaneously be true that they are violent and that they are discriminated against, maybe because they are violent apes or maybe because of other reasons unique to black people.
