Description
samsung and apple should combine to make a phone
Round 1
A collaboration such as this one would mean having the best of both worlds. There would be a market dominance so almost everyone could get a phone that has the best of both worlds
A collaboration between Samsung and Apple on a smartphone could dilute the unique strengths that have made each brand successful, potentially alienating their loyal customer bases. The distinct identities of Apple's tightly controlled ecosystem and Samsung's open, customizable approach might clash, leading to compromises that weaken the overall user experience.
Additionally, the competition between the two companies has driven much of the innovation in the smartphone industry; a partnership could reduce this competitive drive, stifling creativity and slowing the pace of technological advancement.
If Samsung and Apple merged, it would also form a monopoly.
Round 2
If Samsung and Apple merged, it would also form a monopoly.
They’re not merging they are just collaborating on one product so it would not be a monopoly
