Round 1
"Herbivore" does not mean "eats only plants" nor does "carnivore" mean "eats only meat" nor does "omnivore" mean "eats everything". Most animals are somewhere on a spectrum between the extreme end of being a carnivore and the extreme end of being a herbivore. Even ruminants with 3 stomachs and intestines 9 times the length of their body have been known to eat meat, so what does this imply about frugivores? Frugivores are closer to omnivores than ruminants and the majority of them display insectivorous behavior or even meat eating as a natural part of their diet. There have been cases where monkeys in captivity were unable to reproduce unless they were fed insects to supplement their mostly fruit based diet. If monkeys who are more herbivorous than us need some sort of animal product to be healthy, what does this imply about humans who always consume meat in nature and are known to be more omnivorous outside of the very modern invention of veganism?
What about milk and eggs? They are not meat.
Round 2
Milk and eggs are animal products, the fact that we can assimilate important nutrients from them supports that we are not fully herbivorous animals which does more to support humans eating meat than the inverse.
Fish (which is a type of meat) is also shown to be inversely associated with negative health outcomes pretty much across the board. Fish is so healthy for humans that it shows positive health outcomes despite being contaminated with mercury and microplastics in 99% of cases.
