In order for something to be considered cancer, it must be spreading uncontrollably.
The carrying capacity of earth is considered to be 10 billion, meaning humans cannot spread uncontrollably much beyond that.
This is what actual cancer looks like. Today, numerous vaccines along with arguably thousands of researches were made from the cells of this one single person because it continues to divide despite all odds. Humans cannot do that.
Conclusion: Humans cannot be considered cancer.
