1: Countries are a concept that humans made up, so if you combine this with the below points you can say "America isn't a country" just as easily as you can say Taiwan isn't. Taiwan is just as much a country as any other.

2: Taiwan has it's own government with it's own political/economic system and economy independent of China's.

3: Taiwan has it's own borders just as much as any other country, if this wasn't the case China could enter the territory freely but China does not even though it wants to.

4: Taiwan has it's own culture.

China is a fascist state pretending to be a Socialist state. The entire concept of China's "communist party" is a fraud. The less legitimate state is the one that lies about what it is to trick the working class into supporting it.
