Description

Full stop Im going to call preaching mercy when it's true and done with a good object intent and circumstances

Some people call that annoying. I say that's your problem.

Not actually but you know

If you make this about belief I made a debate option on belief pop over and help the dude that caught the smoke. Not here basically

If you make this about something I think you need to be a idea peddler so that it's about the merits of being convincing on people who don't make their decisions?

Go nuts dude Id love to see any positions

I'm sorry I need to forfeit this debate. I personally am too busy and not smart enough to be debating regularly. For each debate I miss 2-3 days of sleep it's absurd and unfair to you who deserve a professional debate partner. I really am sorry enjoy your win and when I come back. I will come prepared

Understandable. My argument is basically that preaching is not mercy because mercy by definition requires that you have the power and authority to harm someone but elect not to. So since the preachers don't have that authority, but rather their god, the act of preaching is not an act of mercy, at best it is an explanation of someone else's mercy.
