Much thanks to the individual that has accepted to participate in this topic.

I believe I brought this topic forth where controversy of this matter has died down with this man being released.

I have heard people for the most part siding against Mr. Bill Cosby.

Some have made a case about the culture decades ago in those lifestyles frequenting parties containing drug usage. Layers of recreation from drugs, booze to sex.

It would stand to reason that if a person is seeking monetary gain years and years after an event by effort of making a victimization case out of the appropriate elements, the particular culture described makes a suitable candidate.

I can understand that the defense can argue that the victim(s) weren't fully aware of the circumstances and claim they were taken advantage of.

If I were engaged in a lifestyle of gambling surrounded by other gamblers that have managed to win my money as it appears, can I make a victimization case out of those elements?

Was it a legitimate game? Was I being hustled?

Was I taken for a fool?

Just food for thought.

If a female and I are using drugs or she asks for a few lokos, she starts removing some of my clothing, grinding herself against my person, can I make a victimization case of myself out of all that?

The opposing side has taken the position of "yes". Mr. Bill Cosby was a rapist and not a participant at a party passing out drugs to voluntary participants.

I'm give the opposing side their chance to share their thoughts on how there wasn't any gender bias involved and that there was more than just the basis of claiming assault that brought out a prison sentence.

On top of that , a very basis not strong enough to keep Mr. Cosby incarcerated.

With a gender reversal or a non public figure status, what would be talking about here?

Perhaps nothing. Some more food for thought.
