Lets start with definitions.

Genocide:

the deliberate killing of a large number of people from a particular nation or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group.

Abortion:

the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, resulting in deliberate killing of a human fetus

Abortion kills large number of people of a specific ethnic group

When you abort a baby, you dont just abort that baby. You also abort that baby's baby.

You also abort baby of that baby's baby.

So clearly, abortion kills large number of people who are of same ethnic group.

So abortion is genocide.

Well, the only reason to have an abortion is to destroy "a baby and a baby's baby and a baby of a baby's baby."

"a baby and a baby's baby and a baby of a baby's baby." is a group located in the womb. We can say that they are an ethnic group, since they have same ethnic origin.

"Genocide" is defined intent-wise. To kill a person because he is trespassing the land as an invader for the sense of protection is different than killing a person for the sake of killing him as the purpose, intent-wise.

Pro has not demonstrated that in "most cases of abortion", abortions are done with the original goal or intent of killing the fetus, rather than saving something else(such as the mother).

Pro is not and has not been fulfilling his BoP. Vote Con.

Pro attempts to twist definitions into meaninglessness (by his definition, kicking someone in the balls is outright genocide), which con does not directly challenge but rather makes a counterpoint that at least half of all abortions are to save the mother...
