Hulkamania should not have ran all over the twin towers. This is common sense.

I will concede that Hogan once made an allusion to the possiblity of the Twin Towers being attacked. But others have as well.
Considering the Towers' financial significance, the fact that they were a feat of architecture, their capacity of human life, and their prominence on the skyline of one of the most influential American cities, they were much more likely to be a target for terrorism than Mom & Pop's Corner Store.
Anyone could make a reasonable prediction that the Towers would be subject to some sort of foreign attack at some point in time. The fact that Hogan did so, albeit as dark humor, does not qualify him as an instigator of the attack, nor does it place him in the seat of responsibility.

I have limited this to 750 characters precisely so odd conspiracy theories like the one you mentioned can't be explained as conspiracy theories tend to take a lot of character space .
High probability someone will accept this only to deny Hulk’s attack in the twin towers, coming up with some crazy conspiracy theory involving planes…
