Contradicts with bible matthew 25:41

Let's look at 1 John 4:8

"8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love."

Now let's see if Matthew opposes 1 John

In verse 41 of Matthew 25 it says

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."

So these are two different subjects. They're not opposite in the same subject. They don't relate. One verse we read about love, the other we don't.

For instance if one of these verses had read the one that hates and will not love knows God would be contradicting.

It's a conflict among the same subject.

So take the time and find what you think is one and present it .

Scripture says your thoughts are not his thoughts. People come to the book of scriptures like any other book with their own views, opinions, how they feel about things and even look at themselves as the standard.

Scripture says there is a way that seems right unto them.

You can't do what you do with other books with this book. Scripture has to be rightly divided, properly handled line upon line. Many don't do this and read it and charge pseudo contradictions and conflicts.

That's what the topic is calling for.

I think you have a couple more attempts to bring forth an argument. I'd advise not to filibuster due to a lack of searching and researching and searching out the scripture.

We should be heavy in the scriptures by now.

I was hoping we'd have a back and forth exchange going through different books of scripture.

I asked over and over for you to call a scripture and all you have to say is one word.

Looks like all you wanted to do is debate what you think about the scripture.

Would you like to have that topic instead?

Do you want to have a topic about what is love and what it isn't and God can't be that according to our reasoning and not the scriptures, do you want to argue that?

We can do it. You can present what love is supposed to be in rational realistic terms, how it works, what it is, what it is not and we can argue from there.

You can even say God is not love according to logic.
