Description

Basically post what you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and anything in between.
Just anything you ate for the day.

Health
View on what sounds good overall

Health will be judged for arguments, sources is for how good it sounds.

Round 1

Breakfast:
Food: I don't usually eat breakfast, but today I stopped off and got a peach samwich and a strawberry samwich.
Drink: One bottled water.

Snack/Drink:
Fibe-mini (really just some extra fiber and vitamins).

Lunch:
Food: Specifically one of my favorites... Samyang fried spicy noodles wrapped in rice paper (cheese and chives), had six small ones. Enough for the package. Absoutely bomb.

(In other words, fire noodle spring rolls or sometimes called fire noodle dumplings)

Drink: I topped it off with milk and a little afterwards, a diet coke.

Snack/Drink:
Drank three bottled (refilled) water's and ate a protein bar.

Dinner:
Food: Steamed rice with a raw egg (a little seasoning, and seaweed - also known as tamago kake gohan) but mostly the main dish being pho containing chives and few small cut peppers. Originally, I was going to have miso soup, but my nose has been stuffy lately. And pho is a great way to clear it all out.

It might sound a bit werid to have them both, but it was quite delicious.

(Quick note: My eggs were pasteurized eggs that I bought)

Drink: Two glasses of water as pho clears your nose, but ends up making it runny especially with the spices I added.

Just a lot of noodles today.

I am trying to find meat in your diet so that I could label you as murderer, but sadly no meat in your diet.

My diet

I dont do "breakfast, lunch, dinner". I eat when I am hungry. Often I skip meals.

What did I eat and drink today? I am gonna list the whole day as it will be.

My primary drink is water and coffee. I probably drank about 2 liters of water and 5 cups of coffee today. Some orange juice too. In fact, I often drink up to 1 liter of juice per day.

My favorite food is chocolate and bananas. I ate two small chocolate packs today, and about 4 bananas.

I ate some spinach and cheese. I like cheese, despite the fact that it is milk stolen from an animal's baby.

I ate peas. I dont know how much exactly, so I will guess maybe 100 grams.

Sorry, forgot completely about this but yesterday...

Coffee tends to leave bad side affects along with having mostly juice, but it still sounds good.

I often skip meals as well, but I treated myself a bit differently of and on.

Breakfast:
This time around, I did skip breakfast expect I had three glasses of water.

Lunch:
I didn't skip it entirely per say, but I only had a Fibe-Mini and a nutrition bar. I was quite busy.

Dinner:
Had left over steamed rice from yesterday (which is now, as i'm speaking two days ago) had another raw (pasteurized) egg along with another Fibe-Mini for dinner.
I didn't have much vegetables yesterday (the other day) so I also had some veggie potstickers.

More water. Throught the entire night, I drank eight glasses of water.

Dessert:
Sometimes I skip meals due to the fact, i'll have dessert that day.
That's what I did. I had two different mochi's. One was vegan mango mochi and the other non-dairy strawberry mochi.

I'll go ahead and post what I had and am going to have for today as well. (Next round of course).

My case
Again for drinks, lots of coffee. Half a liter of coca-cola. Maybe 2-3 liters of water.

Food: Spinach pie (i bought it, didnt make it myself), bananas, chocolate, cheese, boiled potatoes, garlic.

My opponent's case so far
I recommend more raw food, raw vegetables and raw fruit. Raw food makes person feel more lively, even tho I myself cant eat much of it unless its fruit. Raw vegetable tastes like shit.

Canned coffee, that's it.

Lunch:
Fried egg with cheese on top and a bagel, had some more steamed rice!
And of course, per usual, a fibe-mini

Dinner:
Actually went out to eat, had some steak.
And a diet coke.

Just a bowl of fruit, mostly strawberrys, blueberries, raspberries, bananas.
Right after eating, I had a fibe-mini.

Beef bowl (gyudon), which was mostly filled with beef, rice, and onions that I could barley taste.
My bottled water again but it wasn't refilled.
-

Small drink of apple juice.

Dinner:
Something simple tonight, just spaghetti with parmesan cheese.
One glass of water.

Today is my "eat only a little bit of food today" day.

I only ate one small chocolate.

Lots of water and coffee so I dont feel hunger. Probably 4-5 liters in total.
Round 5
Pro
#9
Breakfast:
Skipped.

Lunch:
Small bowl of fried rice, soy sauce, and veggie sushi (no meat).
Usually once per month I go to that restaurant, and they almost always have something called Ramune (drink).
--

Some random protein bar I got from a convience store.

--
Dinner:
Leftover veggie sushi, and topped off with litteraly more veggies.
I had sunomono salad to go along with it (just a small bowl like the rice from lunch) and the fibe-mini I didn't have this moring.

Dessert:
Once again the mochi, forgot I had those for awhile. (Aka vegan mango mochi and non-dairy strawberry mochi.)

In conclusion, my opponent seems to be eating healthy.

The diversity of food is on my opponent's side.

I cant say that my diet is better. I do eat lots of chocolate, which is where I have the advantage.

Also I drink lots of water.
