Pure skill clash, shut the fuck up, no debating, post 4 songs per Round, minimum 1 out of the 4 must have each in them (can have 3 from one).
These are the 2 best Grime artists as of 2023 in an overall/alltime sense of rap skill and proficiency. Dont care if you post Drill, Hiphop or grime, keep it UK artists only.
You can pick any 2, try it. NOT MY 2, neither allowed.
YT sessions allowed even if not on other platforms.
Give both Arguments and Sources to the overall winner. Give the other 2 points if you feel it was a severe win or withhold if not that severe, 2, 1 or 0.
People vote who spat/rapped better, slicker, superior to the eardrum and closer to perfect at landing punchlines.
(As these two are among my top favorite UK artists are considered by most of the rap scene to be performatively better than Chip & Devlin by light-years, both lyrically and musically speaking. I’ll use these two.)
I made an error. My bad.
REMINDER TO VOTERS:Give both Arguments and Sources to the overall winner. Give the other 2 points if you feel it was a severe win or withhold if not that severe, 2, 1 or 0.People vote who spat/rapped better, slicker, superior to the eardrum and closer to perfect at landing punchlines.

Reason:
What we have here is a tag-team toss up between Chip and Devlin versus Stormy and Skepta.
I must admit Grime is a bit difficult for me to translate. I translated the lyrics and frankly, Pro’s artists are very impressive from an analysis standpoint.
But Con’s choice in the tracks made him come out ahead in this competition because the lyrics were decipherable and there were just a higher quantity of insults.
As stated in the description, I assign all points if I believe it was a severe win, so Con takes this.
Message me if either of you have questions!

Reason:
i almost vote for mcman here but lancelot explains the cuck story in round 4, so it changed my mind and makes me vote him
Would this type of thing interest either of you?
I understand if not, I am ceasing to do this stuff Rated from now on. It may be enjoyable to listen to for you regardless.
He is definitely arranging votebombing
Thank you!
I am being votebombed by a brand new user. Please can you do something or not?
TY for the vote. I don't agree to the rankings but giving 0/10 to Waze is accurate for this debate, not for the rapping though.
Waze literally should get negative points, it was a united diss to Stormzy and Chip outraps Skepta in it (even Skepta would admit it, I am sure of it, Skepta admits he isn't always rapping hard every track, there's others in that album where Skepta outraps Chip for the inverse reason, that Chip is being lazier, idk why Waze was chosen over others).

please bro, educate yourself.
You chose THE worst track you could have for your case here.
I can't actually giggle too much at it, i'm in fucking shock man like did you even listen to the lyrics and look anything up about UK rap before choosing it?
I can't believe this man, please see this Round 3 from Lancelot xD just see Waze and realise that Chip is dissing Stormzy in it, Waze is a subliminal 3-way attack on Stormzy!!!!
The song 'Waze' has Chip subliminal diss Stormzy btw xDDDD ohhhh fuck meee it is Stormzy he is referring to as the holy ghost and Skepta is joining in the beef there, LOL! You don't have a clue man!
I was considering Waze myself man but the intro from Adz I figured would piss off the non-British-rap-familiar ear.
I would never ever ever have considered you to even fathom posting Waze. Chip straight up outraps Skepta in it and Skepta's only in for a small verse at the end, how are you going to tell me that showcases his skill 😂😂😂😂
NO MAN HOW, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!! I CAN'T! I CAN'T!
I am not sure if you do or don't have any intention to vote on a debate like this but based on either voting frequency or long-ago choices in which debates you vote in I believe this may interest you.
I hope you enjoy some of the finest of UK rap but consider that in Round 3, not much is the actual artists Con is representing... Just look at Waze and see that Chip is in it... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I put a wrong URL in Round 1, I immediately fix it in Round 2 start, please pay attention to that.
Dude your Round 3 picks had more from the artist who wasn't Stormzy than Stormzy himself xD
4.5 hours to upload 4 songs left for your Round 2.
I'd be shaking and hesitating too after Pro's Round 2 when representing the 2 you are against them.
If anyone cares, I would have picked Ghetts and Frisco.
Ghetts is genuine number 3 to me.
Frisco is a tactical pick, I know his flow and style is more awe inspiring to people less into Grime itself. He is a Grime OG (after wiley and dizzee's pure OG level) but his actual style is more suited to people who like clear impressive delivery and bars that still are sick and slap. His style is still sick for Grime fans, he is untapped potential, if he had sold out he'd be huge af but he stayed underground as shit by choice.
They also balance each other out well, Ghetts is with that high brow deep af bar tight flow shit like Devlin, Frisco has that more whip-like flow and hot/sick bars like Chip.
Ghetts and Frisco also synergise well, their hybrid tracks are FIRE.
this is 'good morning britain' by Chip YT link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4IKg3MueOY
I made an error. My bad.
L O L ok lets see
You still can't. No 2 will truly outclass these 2.
I can't, I'm blocked.
😢😢😢
Try it.
