Winston Churchill was more evil than Adolf Hitler

Winston Churchill is hated in India. You may ask why. For the same reason Hitler is hated in Europe. He was a rascist, genocidal maniac who saw Indians as lesser race. This is a big claim and I fair enough I need to present big evidences to back it up. 

First of all let us see what he has to say about Indians.

" I hate Indians. They are beastly people with beastly religion."He intentionally took away all the food storage of Bengal resulting  the Bengal famine of 1943 for the soldiers in his army. When Netaji Subhas Bose, Australia , Japan, Afghanistan tried to send food for the people he denied it. The famine killed 3 million people in one year. And Hitler took 11 million lives in 13 years. Do the math sir. 

And btw I did not give the time when he said the quote mentioned above. He said that after the famine. Let me quote again- " I hate Indians. They are beastly people with beastly religion. The famine is there own fault for breeding like rabbits." 

Leave India aside for a moment. He said this in England the “Keep England White” slogan.

Churchill also advocated on the use of gas in the Middle East and India. “I am strongly in favour of using poisoned gas against the uncivilized tribes… it would spread a lively terror.”

Churchill is best remembered for successfully leading Great Britain during the war against the Nazi’s. In many ways, he became the symbol of the fight for freedom. But his tales overshadow all the horrible things he did.

"More evil" is not to be quantified by the sheer number of people killed in what amount of time. Evil is somewhere between a state of mind and a descriptor of one's actions relative to morality and the intentions behind the actions. It is clear by the numbers though that Hitler effectively did the most evil.

A person can be pure evil in terms of their mentality and never kill a single person. So which of the two was internally more evil as a person? This is a question that can not be answered definitively, especially in the case of Hitler who was so evil that he portrayed himself in multiple contradictory ways to gain and keep power.

Pro has done nothing to define evil or establish how objective his definition of "evil" is but there is a subtle difference between a person being evil and a person's actions being evil. Hitler achieved the most evil in practice if we define evil as killing a lot of people. This debate is about who is more evil as a person though, not who performed the most murders. Churchill at least seems to be the most honest of the two evil bastards.

Pro is from India which suggests he may personally dislike Churchill for that reason. Would his opinion be different if he was a Jew?
