Round 1
I think Kim Jung Un is very good.
He has a lot of nukes which is a very good weapon.
If America becomes evil and wants to attack North Korea, Kim Jung Un can attack back with their nukes.
Also I think he is a great examples of how "overweight" people can be as good as smart people. I also think Kim Jung Un is better than Biden because Kim Jung Un is willing to flex their secret stash of nukes better.
I think North Korea is also good because he stops people from being brainwashed and trying to leave. North Koreans should stay in North Korea!! Kim Jung Un is also the best supreme leader because he was voted as it. They had a very fair election and surprisingly he got 100% of the votes meaning that 100% of North Koreans agree with him. This proves that Kim Jung Un is a vert nice guy and good for North Korea. Also he met with Donald Trump.... The two best leaders finally got to meet. It was truly inspiring to have the two best leaders meet!
Sincereley,

I. Preamble
I will prove my case on a single front: Kim Jong-Un is responsible for numerous human rights violations. Then, I will rebut my opponent’s arguments.
II. Constructive Arguments
P1. As the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un is directly responsible for its governmental actions.
Leaders have long been held responsible for the actions of their country’s government. In North Korea, this applies even more clearly, since Kim Jong-Un is the dictator of the country, and holds all the power.
P2. The governmental actions of North Korea violate international human rights norms.
1. Freedom of expression, a fundamental democratic right, is violently suppressed. [1]
2. Prisoners of conscience are put in labor camps in terrible and inhumane conditions. [1]
3. Freedom of movement, a human right, is suppressed as well. [1]
C1. Kim Jong-Un’s leadership violates international human rights norms.
This logically follows from the previous two points.
C2. Kim Jong-Un is not good.
“Good” is defined by Merriam-Webster as “of a favorable character or tendency”. Clearly, a leader who violates human rights on a regular and systematic basis is not good.
III. Rebuttals
“He has a lot of nukes which is a very good weapon.”
This actually goes against PRO’s case. North Korea has repeatedly violated several agreements to permanently halt “all nuclear weapons and existing nuclear programs.” Furthermore, if Kim Jong-Un truly believed in the stability of his regime, he would not resort to threatening to use nuclear weapons.
“Also I think he is a great examples of how "overweight" people can be as good as smart people. I also think Kim Jung Un is better than Biden because Kim Jung Un is willing to flex their secret stash of nukes better.”
Non-sequitur that fails to address the resolution.
“I think North Korea is also good because he stops people from being brainwashed and trying to leave.”
This goes against PRO’s case, considering it violates the human right, of freedom of movement.
“They had a very fair election and surprisingly he got 100% of the votes meaning that 100% of North Koreans agree with him.”
The election was universally agreed to be rigged – if Kim Jong-Un was a “good” leader, he wouldn’t need to do this. [3]
IV. Concluding Remarks
In my opening speech, I have shown:
- How Kim Jong-Un is responsible for governmental actions
- How these governmental actions violate human rights
- Why this shows he is not “good”
I have also rebutted my opponent’s arguments, by demonstrating they are either non-sequiturs, or weaken his resolution.
I have fulfilled my side of the burden of proof, while refuting my opponent’s arguments. Vote CON.

Glory to our eternal leaders Kim il Sung, Kim Jong il and Kim Jong Un, and all the leaders from Kim family that are leading Korea on the path of victorious military Socialism.

"The media of the world gave wide publicity to the news that in a computer simulation of the US department of defense North Korea won and the United States lost. They added that leader Kim Jong Il is the most famous of the famous commanders. Kim Jong Il burns the White House with the fire of guerrillas rekindled on Mount Paektu. Kim Jong Il is a champion of global peace leading the world politics with surreal ability in weapons."
I agree. Kim Jong Un is good and will rule eternally over Korea.
One of these days, I might do an unrated troll debate to see whether I can annoy people both on the left and right.
You actually could have fleshed out your troll angle to have a legitimate parody case.
Entertaining nonetheless
This debate is literally killing my braincells
