Our lesson for today is....

  • The topic is "THBT we should axiomatically adhere to the law of identity in society."
  • Law of identity: In logic, the law of identity states that each thing is identical with itself.

Round 2

I don't know what you mean by "axiomatically" but we do adhere and should do so, adhere to the law of identity.

Whether we know it or not, accept or not. All these laws that came with the universe, they govern everything including us, not the other way around.

I know that'll step on some toes as some would love to wallow in the idea of being their own authority.

No, you have some power and control over you.

We should identify things , why?

It's because we have a consciousness, a brain that first off is connected to our senses giving us the ability.

We should or have to be able to rely on these senses that identify/distinguishes things.

This is a part of our survival and the ways we live on this planet.

To be able to identify water from urine, smell smoke from some harmful fume or vapor, that's an important distinction to adhere or pay attention to.

We should be able to or should identify things , adhering to that because we have a mental faculty that is responsible for processing information being received from the environment.

The surroundings consist of all sorts of distinct unique things.

  • Con argued my position by mistake.
  • Regardless, in addition to all that was said by con, we have to adhere to certain axiomatic presuppositions because they are self-evident, and serve as the foundation for our goals in life. We cannot peruse any form of truth, nor can we form a functional society if we do not adhere to the law of identity. For instance, if we deny that all things are equal to themselves, all murder and rape would become permissible because the action is being performed on someone who is not themselves.
