- The topic for this debate will be "THBT, on balance, Burundi is the best country on earth to live in."
- As per the rules, I shall be con and Mall shall be pro.
- Best: of the most excellent, effective, or desirable type or quality.
- Burundi: a landlocked country in the Great Rift Valley where the African Great Lakes region and East Africa converge. It is bordered by Rwanda to the north, Tanzania to the east and southeast, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west; Lake Tanganyika lies along its southwestern border.
- Pro has the burden of proof, yet has not provided a single argument for his side of the debate. This reads to me as peculiar. The voters have no reason to believe his position.
- Burundi is not the best country in the world because it is the worlds poorest country, thus living there would be a nightmare and their citizens experience poor quality of life.
