As Con, I will give the first speech to Pro to establish a case since they have the burden of proof, as well as, they can set up a resolution framing they want. I'll challenge it if necessary, or establish a counter framework to debate. I want to limit Pro as little as possible through the description, the only rule being, no new args in the last speech.
