  • Andrew Cuomo is Governor of New York
  • Different states have different laws governing construction
    • For example
      • New building construction is not considered an essential service in New York and so is prohibited during the course of this emergency
      • New building construction is considered an essential service in Colorado, however, and is not currently prohibited
  • Since Cuomo's state doesn't have to worry about most construction projects right now, Cuomo is not likely to provide any information vital or even relevant to construction projects in Colorado.
CONCLUSION

  • Oromagi doesn't plan to pursue any new construction projects in the near term but if information regarding construction during the COVID emergency becomes necessary, oromagi will rely on Colorado State Multi-Industry Construction Guidelines provided on Google Drive by the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment
