THE DARK KNIGHT versus Iron Man

Since Batman is the world's greatest detective he could easily find out Iron Man’s secret identity. Iron Man is an alcoholic so batman would throw a party for rich people and friends to get Iron Man drunk since Iron Man is drunk and batman Isn’t, He could easily beat him.
Another way Batman could beat Iron Man is with an EMP batarang. If batman can throw an EMP batarang near Iron Man, Iron Man’s suit would not work. Now it comes down to Batman with all his weapons and his fighting skills that he spent years on and had a lot of practice against all those villains that he put in Arkham Asylum or Iron Man that just has a broken suit with no weapons and worse fighting skills.
