I don't think anyone is going to stop murders, even racially motivated murders; but stopping the double standards and enforcing transparency through universal access to information could certainly allow the culture to heal the wounds the race baiters are making.
How can we take on the issue of racism in this country when morons like DeeSantis won’t even allow the subject to be discussed in our schools and colleges?
He has made the problem worse, because when racists see what government has done to squash the subject of racism, they take it as a signal that racism is acceptable.

Todd made the point that most race driven mass shootings come from the right.
Vivek said he wanted to get to the bottom of why these shootings are happening
That would be aided by looking at the manifestos and writings of the shooters.
The writings from the Nashville shooter are being withheld by the police, not the media.
Vivek wants to minimize the racism coming from the right and try desperately to find examples of racism coming from the left.
That’s not leadership.

That bonehead seems to think he could have introduced reform legislation to the Senate as President of the Senate.
He needs to read the constitution. The VP is not allowed to address the Senate let alone introduce legislation.

The Jacksonville Sheriff made some pretty startling revelations in his press conference:
1) The red flag laws did nothing to stop this.
2) The sheriff says the story is all about guns when it needs to be about bad individuals who own legal firearms.
3) The Sherriff says there is not racial divide in his city, and that there are racial issues with some people, but not the community.
So the "racial divide" is a manufactured narrative for political purposes.

I was never a corporal in the Army.
I served for 5 years, to include Desert Shield/Storm.
I have two degrees in the legal arena (criminal justice).
I was never a dispatcher. Never worked for a police department.
