“The 60-year old Iowan suggested Trump asking Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to find enough votes to reverse his 2020 loss in Georgia is potentially “kind of serious.”

“Together with the other three indictments the former president is confronting, it makes Nevermann “in a way … want to resist the left more and say ‘Okay, I can support Trump.’”

“Why did they wait for three years for the indictments?”

Answer - Because witnesses like Lindsey Graham did everything they could do to delay their testimony under oath.

“In interviews, some Republicans who do not plan to support Trump for the nomination said they’d lost track of his legal entanglements and were fatigued.
Diane Vallejo from Perry, Iowa, described the indictments as “ad nauseam” and said she had tired of hearing about them”

There are so many indictments, because Trump broke so many laws.

“I don’t think he’s innocent, but I don’t think he’s near as guilty as they’re trying to make him out to be,” If he were black, then he would definitely be completely guilty.

In a Democracy, the people will always get the government they deserve

In an excerpt from The Divider: Trump in the White House, 2017-2021, by veteran reporters Peter Baker and Susan Glasser, published by The New Yorker, we learn that the 45th president wished his generals would emulate top Nazi officials. According to Baker and Glasser, Trump hated that his top generals didn’t just blindly follow whatever ridiculous, dangerous, possibly illegal demands made of them, but rather “had rules, standards, and expertise, not blind loyalty.” One day, irate that his generals weren’t treating him with the level of respect he thought he deserved, Trump complained to his then chief of staff, John Kelly: “You fucking generals, why can’t you be like the German generals?”
Remember that Trump had a copy of Mein Kampf on his night stand.

We are at that point in time where a Democracy will not work if stupid people are allowed to vote. Remember that Germany was a republic when they elected Hitler.

Maybe only college graduates should be able to vote?

Trump complained to his then chief of staff, John Kelly: “You fucking generals, why can’t you be like the German generals?”

And what percentage would support still  him if it was blatantly obvious --like a 'smoking gun', bus recording about grabbing women by the crotch--- if he stated he wanted all of his staff to be more like the generals and staff of Hitler?

Supporters like those here at DArt who can list on one hand or two.
