North Korea wants peace, also security and a guarantee it wont be invaded. It would help if North Korea didnt have to invest billions into military.

Who knows what the people of North Korea want.

Food is probably second place priority for most.

Coming a close second to a mass extermination of Kim's.

With nuclear weapons and war at the bottom of their lists.
