With a mouth that spews vitriol and hate,
Donald Trump stands upright to pontificate,
He speaks of walls and of keeping people out,
his words a poison, full of rage and doubt.
He rails against anyone who he sees as different,
calling them names with hateful intent,
his intolerance and bigotry on full display,
as he tries to get his hateful way.
From Muslim bans to border walls,
Trump's agenda is one that simply appals,
the targeting of those who don't fit his view,
this is a man whose ideas are not new.
For hate and intolerance have been done before,
and to this we must all say, "No more!",
these ideas have no place in our world,
let's all stand up and make our voice heard.
So let us unite and stand up to hate,
and let love and compassion rule our fate,
for only then can we hope to create,
a world that's accepting, loving, and great.
