And his video is more of a critique against the Democrat party and the inability to field alternatives to Biden.

And yet the topic of this thread clearly stated Stephen Smith "explains why," and like usual, you're too lazy to watch a video in its entirety.
He is suffering from obvious mental decline, often speaks in word salad, is clearly compromised by foreign entities, and is mentally & physically unable to perform his duties. Evidence is in the fact that he cannot even go on the campaign trail, let alone debate anyone on a live stage without special cheat sheets to walk him through answers to pre-known questions (same for live press conferences). All of these factors speak to his age. He is too old to be a sitting president, and congress should have invoked the 25th amendment (forced resignation due to incapacitation as a result of mental defect) more than a year ago to oust him.

Why is age a bad argument to use? It's clearly affecting Biden's cognitive abilities. Maybe there are other criteria you consider more important, but that doesn't make Mr. Smith's argument bad, especially when we're still in the primaries.
