The Treasury will need to prioritize bills to pay come June 5th

Biden administration officials said they were not planning for how to prioritize payments. As the U.S. edges closer to default, the Treasury Department declined to say whether that has changed.

The answer is simple.

Red States should get no money from the Federal Government until the debt ceiling is raised.

Looks like Biden got it done. He wisely appointed two competent staffers to talk to the Republicans and come to an agreement.

It also would pare back roughly $20 billion of the $80 billion approved last year for an expansion of the IRS”
