Been working great for decades
The inflation is too high, so it is working great for the rich. For the poor? Not so much.

It will be high after Biden leaves office as well.
What?? You don’t believe Powell’s and Yellen’s predictions (which were accepted uncritically by MSM) of “transitory” inflation back in 2021? Inflation is dropping like a stone, damnit!

If Biden’s successor should have an “R” affiliation, these two will suddenly A) change their tune on inflation and debt or B) go silent on the issue. It’s just the natural way of things…

Okay, so we dont need to pay off the debt and printing money does not cause inflation.

Well, then we dont need to have taxes either. Just print money. It wont cause inflation.

Even better, suspend all taxes and raise the debt ceiling. There are no consequences.

We waste lots of time and labor on collecting taxes.

So just print money instead. No need for taxes.

Why waste time printing money when you can raise the debt ceiling. What's an extra few trillion gonna harm

Right, because you believe Reagan’s exploding of the debt to be not at all problematic.

Why is my question so hard to answer? Lol
It was already answered multiple times:

If you think that printing money does not cause inflation, then print more money. Print 100 trillion. Whats the harm, if it wont cause inflation?

Every economist knows that printing money increases demand for goods which increases the prices of goods, which benefits the rich.

So yeah, keep printing and make the rich happy.

Whether you print or borrow, the end result is the same. Injection of dollars.

Borrowing saves ink though.

He enters with the “trot-walk,” does the whisper voice at some point in the middle, and finishes with the handshake to empty space… THEN exits in the direction he is pointed to.

The GOP could really crank up inflation with a small loan of 10 trillion dollars.

Forget about economics SubTeach. Stick to children’s books like Divergent, that’s more your speed.

Remember, people who can’t - teach. And people who can’t teach become substitute teachers.

I think paying people while they were actively prevented from producing goods and services was pretty much the most perfect recipe for inflation imaginable. Why people who study these things for a living thought this resultant inflation would be “transitory” is beyond me.

Yes, who could have guessed that all the Democrat operatives masquerading as "experts" were just straight up lying on MSM about the cause of inflation....

I guess "transitory" means until the Democrats transition out of power.

Inflation is caused by an imbalance between supply and demand. That’s it. Full stop.

Even some idiots who never took a basic economics college class know this.

Are you an idiot?

First, paying people, or as we call it, unemployment insurance, makes perfect sense to keep the economy from going into a downward spiral.

Second, the experts at the FED had no way of knowing how long it would take production to spool up again or supply chains to be re-established. They didn’t know  Nina would shut down again for Covid either. Or Putin would invade Ukraine causing issues with oil supply and grain supply..
