Republicans are causing chaos with their abortion bans. Florida is the latest.

These bans all but guarantee the Republican Party will not be a national party. 

Patients from across the South have been traveling to Florida for abortions since the Supreme Court decision in June, which triggered abortion bans across the region. Over 82,000 people got abortions in Florida in 2022, more than almost any other state. Nearly 7,000 of those traveled to Florida from other states, a 38 percent increase from the year before.

I don't think Florida should be banning abortion at all, not even for late term abortions.  But I also don't think abortions should be paid for by the government, not even for rape victims.  Yeah, you got raped.  It's not the taxpayer's problem.  Expand the Hyde amendment to include all abortions.
