It is like the case where one of the beads fell into your nose. You try to poke it in hopes of getting it out but instead it just gets in your bronchioles.
Well, what am I suggesting? Just un-poke it. Code implementation is much more reversible than gravity.

I think it might be time to roll back the ratings portion of your update. We experimented and it looks like the experiment failed. I know it's common to have an emotional attachment to a good ideal but shit happens. Sorry your hard work in this particular situation back fires, but your hard work on the site overall is appreciated.
