It's just thickly sliced fresh mozzarella and thinly sliced tomatoes (because cheese > fruit), layered in an alternating pattern, over which you grind a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle some fresh copped basil on top for an even better orgasm. Then, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste. Voila. You have perfection. It's super easy to make and is a great accompaniment to any Italian dish (or a great appetizer or binge food, 'cause hey, I'm still getting some fruit, right?).
