It does, to some people, namely some the "BLM" groups that began preaching the slogan since 2020 and has gotten more extremes. Maybe not all, but I am sure some turned into this.
"white privilege" sounds like coming from woke culture.
But deep down, it could be true sometimes. Like for example in Hollywood, thats well known and it's perhsps among the most despicable cases.
