I'm assuming the amendments are the American Constitution (you didn't specify).

The second amendment is pretty oddly worded to be honest, in both how vague it is on the regluation of the militia and the fact that it basically legalises domestic terrorist's means of getting arms. That one certainly needs work as does the first one with how harmful and abusive the expression is in its intent.

The fourth amendment is also strange, similar to the second, in that it's vague on the criteria that warrant the search. So, that is hardly unique to Putin.

As for the rest of it, I am not certain it's a good idea to write defamatory things about Putin on this website. Let me be crystal clear here, this website has likely run all its data through Russian servers, it's owned by a self-proclaimed Russian that has the website's official admin email as a Russian proxy email. Even if he is not Russian, the point is that the website is in some way definitely Russian in its ownership. If you ever in your life want to set foot in Russia or are considering passing through or anything of the sort, posting this type of thing is a sure way to get in trouble given that I just explained to you that your email and info you have in PMs here have all been known to Russian intelligence as associated with one-another.
