Honestly Biden owned that guy. Either it just rolled over him like water off a ducks back (chad) or he simply has no idea what he was even saying (also chad.) People need to acknowledge that even though he’s well past his sell by date Biden is a very talented retail politician!

There's no good spin on this.
I'm not gonna make an excuse here as I have, for a long time, said I agree that the guy has dementia.
I really cringed with/for Jill there, she really tried her best to help her husband for his entire presidency and this is just when it's gone too far to hide it.
The scariest part about this is that Joe Biden has definitly heard the term used a few times. It is not just like he didn't know about it, he knew about it and then forgot about it.
