these unvax hospital staff dont believe in science, and are killing people. unvax people spread the virus to vulnerable populations that they serve. i'm not saying biden's mandate is or isn't good, i'm just saying on a case by case basis, hospitals are better off firing the hold outs, if they can handle finding replacements. there's no good science that says it's smart to stay un vax, especially if you do something like work at a hospital with vulnerable populations.
unvaccinated hospital staff should be fired if the employer can handle it

This has already been done in nations with either socialised or semi-socialised healthcare systems.
US runs on free market basis for medical care and has a federal state system with huge rights given to the states (much more than Germany grants its states, Germany is federation too if you didn't know, Berlin is its own state for instance). In US, a state can simply choose to not enforce anything like such a mandate and very few hospitals want to risk their antivax employees running to the nearest competitor and giving them bad press as 'tyrants' (I put in quotations as it will be the headline, not to pick a side).
So, this is the struggle in US, no real mechanics to push a nationwide enforced mandate for hospital staff to get vaccinated as nothing in the Constitution really enables that to bypass State authority.
Sounds logical. Maybe more people can die from reduced hospital staffing and then Biden will have more stuff to blame on Trump.
If the government can force people to be vaxxed, they can force sterilization for the exact same reasons.

@Greyparrot
Can a private business employer force me to get sterilized?

@ludofl3x
As a condition of employment? Absolutely.

Vaccination shouldn't be mandatory.
And idiots shouldn't be allowed to work in hospitals.
If only it were that simple.
Isn't God saying that we should all be vacinated?
Marcus Lamb, a co-founder and the CEO of the conservative Christian Daystar Television Network who vocally opposed Covid-19 vaccines, has died at 64, weeks after he contracted Covid-19, the network said.
It really doesn't matter what the employer wants to do or what the state says. If you take Medicaid or Medicare which is a federal program and the federal government says you have to have shots for all your employees over 100 employees or you will not get Federal money the employer has no choice. We've done this to ourselves and love the federal government to infiltrate every level of everything we do and now if you want federal dollars you basically have to do what they say.
I'll be honest with you I'm not sure but the vaccine really does much because my mother-in-law has been in a facility since covid started she's had her shots, my husband's had his shots, the staff have had their shots and she's still not allowed to leave the building. He has to wear a gown and a mask to even sit in a room with her. The shots really don't prevent much if you're using regular universal precautions any staff should really be able to be around someone that's in the hospital.

It’s a just a scare tactic at this point. My roommate always wears a mask when he goes out even though he’s triple vaccinated. I haven’t worn a mask ever since going to college with him and we share an apartment.
He literally has a higher chance catching COVID from me than from anyone else.
Then again he literally is a follower of authority. Fauci says I need to be sterilized, he’d do it without question lmfao
