This source, which has the same number as the first post of this topic, is in 2007, which is 14 years ago. We have no reason to believe the the number hasn't grown since.
Although, I am fairly amazed that Belgium, which is as big as like a single US state, has nearly the same amount of guinea pigs as the entire US.
