Black kids watch a man drown to death and mock him

I'm not saying they should have jumped in and risked getting taken down with him, especially considering the gators in Florida, but what type of sociopaths mock a drowning man? Why is there an epidemic of this in the black community? 

While these individual blacks were assholes for not calling for help or anything,  the vast majority of blacks don't mock drowning people.

There isn't; it was merely a few black people.  We have all done edgy stuff in our lives.

Knowing the sort of quality discussion a thread like this will inevitably generate, I'm locking it as a preventative measure.
