DART DISCORD TOURNAMENT (VC)

Hello DART!!! Recently, I've been looking into creating a tournament, as this seems to have been highly requested among the community. However, as Discord Moderator, I want to do it in a way that promotes activity on the inactive discord community. 

RULES: 

I will, with the help of my fellow mod members order each participant based on skill level. These skills will be divided into 3 groups, New, Intermediate and Expert. Participants of the mentioned groups will debate each other in a designated tournament vc (voice chat) We will decide the winner through a bracket style tournament.

During the pandemic, a lot of the debate tournaments I was in have been done over Discord/Zoom, so I'd be very excited to do something like this. Debating by speaking and debating by typing are two entirely different ball games.

Is there a debate format we're going for, or?

I need to be unmanned. Some idiot banned me from it because I was banned from Dart, which is a sub 3 digit IQ response to my ban here.

Someone with 99 or below IQ wouldn't realise you were banned here and then associate that with the need to ban you there, at least not for two weeks.

So, I think you got things backwards regarding IQ.

No RM, it's like banning you here from some shit you did on DDO. It would be stupid, and you would have no problem seeing it, if it was you who it affected. 

If it's that I did it on DDO and it's the DDO discord and it was recent and the ban indeed should carry over given a MEEP result democratically voted on, then I'd expect to be banned on the DDO Discord for it.

The discord is not ran by the same person as the website despite the name. It is unaffiliated 

What Wylted is saying is true. We decided that the Discord would be a Debating discord and not a DART Discord strictly. So Discord bans there do no correlate to DART Bans anymore. 

To be clear, if you are perma'd from the site, you are perma'd for the Discord, but any Discord ban is not correlated to a DART Ban unless the punishment is so severe that a DART ban is needed, which we never needed

Also Wylted was banned before the rule was switched, he was just perma'd since he was perma'd from site until recently
